I usually don’t trust Facebook ads, but after seeing this one a few times, I decided to give it a try. My flight with United Airlines was canceled due to an error they made, which was initially frustrating. Fortunately, I was helped by Thuy, who not only managed to find me a reasonable price on short notice but was also incredibly honest, responsive, and patient. The children at iCago service work very well and enthusiastically. Dedicated customer care and when you have questions, you respond quickly and thoughtfully. My transit flight in Japan was canceled due to a storm and Duong dedicatedly worked late to change the plane ticket and contact me to ensure the flight continued smoothly. I can give you some information about this plane. After 2 weeks of vacation, the ICAGO service desk did a great job. Before the flight, the customer was informed about the destination and each time they moved to the gate, each customer would send a message to let the customer know which gate they were going to, when they arrived. ICARGO provided us great service. It was our first time purchasing airline tickets through them and the experience was wonderful. They sent out reminders for every segment of our trip and reminded us of the flight changes if there was any.
