About ICAGO
ICAGO is a member of ICA Holding Group – Admin group “Immigration Law and Life in the USA.”
Following the recent Covid-19 pandemic, airlines have been severely understaffed, leading to frequent flight delays and cancellations.
This has made purchasing airline tickets a much more challenging task for the Vietnamese community in the USA, especially for flights from the USA to Vietnam, regardless of the purchasing method.
Therefore, ICAGO was established with the mission to strive to provide the best flight experience for the Vietnamese community in the USA.
Development Phase
2019: We established the community group “Immigration Law and Life in the USA” – creating a platform for sharing and mutual assistance among the Vietnamese community in the USA.
In the same year, the Covid-19 pandemic erupted: Airlines were severely understaffed, leading to frequent flight delays and cancellations. This made purchasing airline tickets more challenging for the Vietnamese community in the USA, especially for older adults, particularly for flights from the USA to Vietnam, regardless of the purchasing method.
2020: ICAGO successfully developed an automated control system to proactively notify customers of their flight schedules before departure.
2021 – 2022: ICAGO invested in a team of experts familiar with the USA-Vietnam flight route, especially in documentation and flight procedures.
2022 – present: Continuously striving and evolving to introduce new services to enhance customer satisfaction.
